I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offer excellent views of the valley and city, but they are in horrible condition that left me with a backache the next morning. The service was wonderful, with staff being proactive and ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The location is great, close to the main market yet peaceful. The dining was satisfactory but didn't meet my expectations, and there were mixed feelings about the facilities.
